1. Description                                                                                   
 

Chemistry:

Polycarboxylate Based Superplasticizer is the third generation superplasticizer which is developed from the first type water reducing agent that represented by Ligno Sulphonate Calcium and Naphthalene Sulfonate. WNT PBS-1030 is spraydried powder of polycarboxylate ether . It is a green enviromental product with good comprehensive index and no pollution.

Characteristic:

Good dispersability, high water reduction, low air content and excellent adaptability with various of cements. This product is in line with the national standard GB8076-2008 for concrete superplasticizer index.

2. Fields of Application                                                                  

• High-performance concrete, High flowability concrete, High durability concrete, Aluminate cement refractory concrete, low cement refractory castable concrete, steam curing concrete, self-leveling concrete etc.

• High strength mortar, Gypsum products, Self-leveling floor, joint filler, Grout etc.

• This product is especially suitable for special mortar with high strength and high fluidity.

4.Usage/ Storage/ Transport                                                                                            

 Usage:

Keep the product away from eyes,mouth and skin carefully during use.Protective gloves and glasses are recommended. Rinse out with plenty of water after accidentally touched.

Storage:

The powder form absorb moisture easily.It should be stored in its unopenedpackaging,please be store dry at usual ambient temperature and protect from excessive heat.(below 40℃).Don't stack up too high.

Transport:

Handle with care to avoid breakage when moving. Keep from moisture when transporting. This product is non-toxic,non-irritating,no-combustible.

Shelf Life:

1 year for powder form
